Key Responsibilities
Lead global process transformation in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting
Design and implement end-to-end process enhancements for scalability and operational excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine policies and workflows supporting the hybrid business model
Drive automation and efficiency improvements using AI and RPA tools
Manage projects related to ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards like ASC 606
Lead process improvement initiatives within Revenue Accounting to improve accuracy and scalability
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Accounting, specifically with Hardware, Software, or SaaS models.
Proven success in driving automation and large-scale process transformation initiatives.
Experience in leading process improvement initiatives within the Revenue Accounting function, ensuring end-to-end compliance with ASC 606 and driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience is required.
Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology is preferred.
Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, and cross-functional project management.
Strong working knowledge of ERP and billing systems such as Zuora, SAP, or NetSuite.
Experience applying AI and RPA tools in finance operations, including tasks like invoice review, contract analysis, and real-time monitoring of process health metrics.
Ability to act as a project manager for key initiatives, including new ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
