Job Description
This role involves leading global process transformation in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting, focusing on automation, efficiency, and compliance through implementing end-to-end process improvements and leveraging advanced technologies like AI and RPA within a hybrid business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global process transformation in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting
- Design and implement end-to-end process enhancements for scalability and operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine policies and workflows supporting the hybrid business model
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements using AI and RPA tools
- Manage projects related to ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards like ASC 606
- Lead process improvement initiatives within Revenue Accounting to improve accuracy and scalability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Accounting, specifically with Hardware, Software, or SaaS models.
- Proven success in driving automation and large-scale process transformation initiatives.
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives within the Revenue Accounting function, ensuring end-to-end compliance with ASC 606 and driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience is required.
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology is preferred.
- Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, and cross-functional project management.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP and billing systems such as Zuora, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Experience applying AI and RPA tools in finance operations, including tasks like invoice review, contract analysis, and real-time monitoring of process health metrics.
- Ability to act as a project manager for key initiatives, including new ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
