Job Description
This role involves leading global process transformation in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting, focusing on automation, efficiency, and compliance through innovative methodologies and technology integration to support the company's hybrid business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global process transformation in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting
- Design and implement end-to-end process enhancements for scalability and operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine policies and workflows supporting the hybrid business model
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements using AI and RPA tools
- Manage projects related to ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations ensuring compliance and timely delivery
Requirements
- Five years of experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Accounting, specifically with Hardware, Software, or SaaS models.
- Proven success in driving automation and large-scale process transformation initiatives.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end process enhancements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, with a focus on scalability and operational excellence.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience is required.
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, and cross-functional project management.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP and billing systems such as Zuora, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Experience applying AI and RPA tools in finance operations, including tasks like invoice review, contract analysis, and real-time monitoring of process health metrics.
- Ability to act as a project manager for key initiatives, including new ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
