Job Description
The Process Excellence Manager, Accounts Receivable Credit, is responsible for leading process improvements and automation initiatives across global AR, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application functions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and working capital performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement process enhancements to improve Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application efficiency and compliance globally.
- Drive continuous process optimization using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to develop scalable, automated operations.
- Utilize automation and AI tools for cash application and predictive reporting to enhance process maturity.
- Manage AR, Credit, and Cash Application projects from initiation to execution, providing status updates to executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes supporting company growth and new go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of operational experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Cash Application.
- Proven expertise in implementing cash application automation and intelligent receivables tools.
- Required experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
- ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent systems.

Annual base salary range of $94,000 to $143,000 USD
