Job Description
The Process Excellence Manager, Accounts Receivable Credit, leads process improvement initiatives to optimize global AR, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application operations through automation, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive transformational improvements across global Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application processes.
- Design and implement end-to-end process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Leverage automation, AI, and process optimization methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to build scalable operations.
- Oversee AR Credit projects from initiation to execution, providing executive status updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes supporting company growth and new go-to-market models.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of operational experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Cash Application.
- Proven expertise in implementing cash application automation and intelligent receivables tools.
- Required experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent.

Annual base salary range: $94,000 - $143,000 USD
