The Principal Product Manager, OEM, leads strategic global partnerships and develops long-term OEM roadmaps in the data storage industry, bridging innovation with commercial execution to ensure competitive dominance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a multi-year OEM roadmap based on market shifts and emerging technologies
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key Tier-1 companies such as Nokia, Cisco, and Siemens
Align technical and business objectives across engineering, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless OEM integration
Lead the end-to-end integration of OEM configurations, SKUs, and logistics for global scale
Serve as the primary spokesperson for OEM initiatives and influence organizational strategy
Requirements
Extensive experience in Product Management or OEM Alliances, with a deep specialization in hardware software lifecycles, configuration management, and complex SKU BOM structures.
A proven track record of exercising wide latitude in determining objectives for high-stakes assignments, with the ability to change the thinking of and gain acceptance from executive-level stakeholders.
Expert-level understanding of supply chain, logistics, and global compliance requirements, with the professional maturity to lead cooperative efforts among diverse project teams without direct authority.
Advanced problem-solving skills used to synthesize customer research and market intelligence into clear, actionable product requirements and long-term GTM plans.
Ability to identify and evaluate fundamental market shifts and address future concepts technologies to develop a multi-year OEM roadmap that creates sustainable, long-term differentiation and expansion of the embedded business.
Experience in creating formal networks and technical alignment with key decision-makers at Tier-1 partners such as Nokia, Cisco, and Siemens, ensuring Everpure’s core technology is seamlessly integrated into their global solution ecosystems.
Ability to act as the final authority on critical design matters, pricing frameworks, and lifecycle transitions, resolving high-impact frictions across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a best-in-class OEM experience.
Experience leading the end-to-end integration of OEM-specific configurations and SKUs, establishing logistics and fulfillment standards to support massive global scale and high-accuracy delivery.
Location requirement: Must work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
