Job Description

The role involves leading the strategy, development, and execution of the next-generation digital partner portal for Pure Storage, focusing on enhancing partner engagement, sales, and growth through innovative, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for the Pure Storage Partner Portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories with measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making tradeoff decisions based on partner needs and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with UX, Salesforce architects, engineering, and IT teams to design intuitive experiences and deliver features on time.
  • Define KPIs, measure adoption and engagement, and iterate based on partner feedback and analytics.
  • Act as the primary product leader interfacing with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partner, Marketing, Operations, and Legal.
  • Ensure alignment on goals, dependencies, data requirements, and success metrics across all partner-facing initiatives.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and achievements to leadership and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in product management, or related roles in SaaS, B2B technology, or consulting.
  • Expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud PRM or similar partner portal digital experience platforms.
  • Strong GTM, partner, and operational fluency, including understanding of partner programs, incentives, sales motions, and end-to-end processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, build business cases, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical, structured problem solver with a consultative mindset and the ability to synthesize inputs into data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Ability and willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara office, in compliance with company policies.
