Job Description
The Principal Enterprise Architect will lead the design and development of AI GenAI platforms, data analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based solutions, providing strategic architectural guidance to drive innovation and align technology with business goals within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise AI GenAI platform architecture and shared services.
- Develop reusable architectural blueprints for GenAI solutions and observability standards.
- Collaborate with security, privacy, and risk teams to integrate ethical AI guardrails and data policies.
- Modernize data analytics architecture to enhance data quality, lineage, and access for AI initiatives.
- Guide domain architects in creating multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, evaluate technologies, and establish standards for engineering teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise, domain, or solution architecture, with a proven ability to influence technical direction across a large organization.
- Demonstrated success in building and rolling out scalable AI GenAI solutions from initial concept to production environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and practices such as TOGAF, Zachman, capability-based planning, and reference architecture used to align technology with business goals.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: AI GenAI, Large Language Model (LLM) platforms such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI; orchestration tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector search technologies.
- Modern data stacks experience including Snowflake, Databricks, streaming with Kafka, or data governance tools.
- Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including container orchestration with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and foster connections across global teams.
- Experience using architecture visualization tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, or Abacus to document and communicate complex ecosystems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or computer science.
