Job Description
A strategic People Analytics Lead responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness and organizational performance through advanced analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of global people analytics projects, from requirements gathering to delivering insights that inform business strategy
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards in Tableau and perform advanced analyses such as predictive modeling and segmentation
- Partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, governance, and system integration
- Translate complex data findings into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior analysts, setting standards for analytical quality and fostering data-driven inquiry
Requirements
- Demonstrated, wide-ranging experience in a people analytics function, with a track record of leading complex, end-to-end analytical projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization, especially Tableau.
- Deep understanding of HR data systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
- Strong technical skills in data modeling and advanced analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and act as a technical subject matter expert, driving high standards for data quality and analytical rigor.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining executive-ready dashboards in Tableau.
- Experience in conducting advanced analysis such as predictive modeling and segmentation to identify key workforce drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Ability to partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to drive data integrity, governance, and integration across core HR systems.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies.
