Job Description
The Partner Enablement Learning Solutions Architect designs and develops scalable, outcome-focused technical and sales training programs to enhance partner readiness and drive revenue in a high-tech data storage company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex knowledge into effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design global learning roadmaps and frameworks for product and solution launches
- Translate technical expertise into actionable, measurable learning objectives and content blueprints
- Implement standardized content taxonomy and modular structures to accelerate enablement material creation and localization
- Evaluate and integrate emerging instructional technologies to enhance learning engagement and impact
Requirements
- Mastery in instructional design and deep technical acumen to transform complex knowledge into scalable, measurable learning experiences.
- Proven ability to architect and design complex, outcome-focused learning programs for a high-tech, global indirect sales and technical partner audience.
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, particularly modern data management, storage, cloud, virtualization, and subscription-based service models.
- Demonstrated success in structuring raw technical information into detailed instructional design documents and clear specifications that guide content development teams.
- Highly developed collaboration and communication skills, effectively building consensus and driving content strategy across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
