Job Description
The Partner Enablement Learning Solutions Architect designs and develops technical and sales training programs to enhance partner performance and revenue generation in the data storage industry, leveraging instructional design and innovative learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design global learning roadmaps and frameworks for product and solution launches
- Translate technical expertise into actionable, measurable learning objectives and development plans
- Implement standardized content taxonomy, modular structures, and delivery formats to accelerate partner enablement
- Evaluate and integrate emerging instructional technologies to enhance learning engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, SMEs, and Partner Organization to align learning strategies
Requirements
- Proven ability to architect and design complex, outcome-focused learning programs for a high-tech, global indirect sales and technical partner audience.
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, particularly modern data management, storage, cloud, virtualization, and subscription-based service models.
- Demonstrated success in structuring raw technical information into detailed instructional design documents and clear specifications that guide content development teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, effectively building consensus and driving content strategy across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing organizations.
- Ability to translate technical expertise into actionable learning objectives and development blueprints for various partner personas including Sales, Sales Engineers, Consultants, and Managed Service Providers.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end learning frameworks and journeys for major product and solution launches, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and partner competency requirements.
- Experience in implementing standardized content taxonomy, modular structures, and delivery formats to accelerate enablement material creation and localization, increasing partner technical and sales readiness.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging instructional technologies, such as AI-assisted content structuring, scenario-based learning, and hands-on lab experiences, to enhance learning impact and engagement.
- Experience in scoping and creating detailed instructional design documents and specifications that guide content development teams.
- Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Prague office, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
