Job Description

Join the engineering team to develop high-performance, reliable storage solutions for mission-critical applications, focusing on software-driven innovation, system architecture, and multi-cloud integration to redefine data management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high-availability storage systems ensuring 99.9999% reliability and performance.
Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production deployment.
Analyze and resolve technical bottlenecks in distributed systems and kernel-level software.
Integrate FlashArray services with public cloud providers to enable hybrid-cloud capabilities.

Requirements

Experience in designing and implementing high-availability systems that ensure 99.9999% reliability and industry-leading performance for enterprise-grade storage.
Proficiency in systems programming with deep technical expertise in languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or Java, with a proven track record of building robust, scalable software.
Practical experience in low-level systems areas such as distributed systems, operating system internals (including Linux Kernel), database internals, hypervisors, or container orchestration.
Ability to analyze and resolve deep-seated technical bottlenecks in distributed systems and kernel-level software to maintain a seamless user experience.
Experience in architecting and designing complex, high-availability systems and sophisticated algorithms and data structures.
Experience in driving end-to-end innovation, including owning the full development lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping to shipping production-ready code.
Experience contributing to the integration of storage services with public cloud providers like AWS, enabling hybrid-cloud mobility for traditional and cloud-native workloads.
Proven ability to translate complex problems into elegant system designs while working effectively within a high-energy, peer-inspired engineering team.
Willingness and ability to work primarily from the Bengaluru, India office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
