Job Description
Join the engineering team to develop high-performance, reliable storage solutions for mission-critical applications, focusing on software innovation, system architecture, and multi-cloud integration to redefine data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability storage systems ensuring 99.9999% reliability and performance.
- Lead the full development lifecycle from concept to production for storage products.
- Analyze and resolve technical bottlenecks in distributed systems and kernel-level software.
- Integrate FlashArray services with public cloud providers like AWS for hybrid-cloud capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing high-availability systems that ensure 99.9999% reliability and industry-leading performance for enterprise-grade storage.
- Ability to own the full development lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping to shipping production-ready code that directly impacts a global customer base.
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving deep-seated technical bottlenecks in distributed systems and kernel-level software to maintain a seamless user experience.
- Experience contributing to the integration of storage services with public cloud providers like AWS, enabling hybrid-cloud mobility for traditional and cloud-native workloads.
- Deep technical proficiency in systems programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or Java, with a track record of building robust, scalable software.
- Practical experience in low-level systems areas such as distributed systems, operating system internals (Linux Kernel), database internals, hypervisors, or container orchestration.
- Proven ability to translate complex problems into elegant designs while working effectively within a high-energy, peer-inspired engineering team.
- Willingness and ability to work primarily from the Bengaluru, India office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
