Job Description

The role involves leading customer adoption and success for Evergreen One storage-as-a-service in the APAC region, acting as a product and financial expert to support sales, onboarding, service delivery, and customer relationships across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, and adoption of Evergreen One storage services across the APAC region.
  • Drive adoption and growth of Evergreen One among target companies in various verticals.
  • Provide product expertise, financial modeling, and business insights to support sales and expansion efforts.
  • Partner with services organization to oversee onboarding, deployment, ongoing customer success, and manage escalations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to facilitate sales and operational processes.
  • Act as a product evangelist, pitching value propositions to C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Review hardware configurations, modify service subscriptions, validate invoicing, and manage operational tasks related to subscriptions.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and track KPIs to monitor performance and customer success.
  • Collaborate across functions including sales, product, finance, legal, and enablement to improve processes and offerings.
  • Understand and communicate market trends, customer needs, and field feedback to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IaaS, SaaS, and Software industry.
  • Strong command on IaaS SaaS customer success and service delivery with a proven track record of delivering results for customers.
  • Experience partnering with sales, business development, customer success, and professional services organizations.
  • Strong business development acumen supporting sales teams through strategic sales campaigns.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a startup-like environment.
  • Ability to own the execution of standard operating procedures and best practices governed by the business unit to provide consistent customer experience.
  • Participate in enablement initiatives to help scale operational knowledge and differentiation.
  • Track customer 360 metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Experience with procuring and/or selling as-a-service models and related pricing structures (highly desirable).
  • Financial modeling and understanding of P&L, cash views, balance sheets fundamentals, etc. (highly desirable).
  • Experience with services SOW, SaaS IaaS service contracts, and SaaS IaaS product offerings (preferred).
  • Experience with public cloud IaaS and PaaS highly desired.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to support net new pursuits, supporting customer success organization for existing install base, and field enablement, with specific focus on driving adoption and growing the business for Evergreen One.
  • Ability to support customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing customer success across the APAC region.
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally within the company and externally with regional partners and customers.
  • Technical, commercial, financial modeling, and business acumen skills.
  • Understanding and managing operational tasks such as reviewing hardware configurations, modifying service subscriptions, validating invoicing setup, validating billing amounts for complex accounts, and enabling global subscription commitments.
  • Ability to develop and maintain operational dashboards including tracking KPIs.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud and SaaS products, data center technologies, and cloud SaaS commercial models, contracts, and customer success experience.
  • Experience with procuring and selling as-a-service models and related pricing structures.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% mostly within the region and to HQ in California.
  • Excellent communication skills to pitch to C-level executives and communicate market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Services, Product, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Enablement.
