Job Description

This role involves leading the strategy and structuring of high-value enterprise deals, acting as a key business partner across multiple teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion through innovative pricing and deal models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and structuring of high-value, complex enterprise deals to optimize opportunities and manage financial risks.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and articulate value propositions for major pursuits to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify market patterns and conduct competitor analysis to inform innovative pricing and monetization strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product) to facilitate timely deal execution and troubleshoot issues.
  • Promote best practices in deal management, share knowledge organization-wide, and communicate deal strategies to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of operational experience in functions like Strategy, Business Development, or Deal Desk at a technology firm.
  • Demonstrated mastery in formulating complex business cases, financial modeling, and structuring high-value transactions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations that drive decision-making and articulate value to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability and a self-starting, analytical mindset capable of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments to rapidly create solutions and manage critical deal escalations.
  • Deep understanding of how business model decisions impact the operating model and the ability to creatively structure solutions that align a customer’s financial objectives with company growth goals.
  • Ability to model, lead, and creatively structure non-standard, high-value enterprise deals, ensuring optimization of opportunity while managing financial risk and maintaining corporate compliance.
  • Willingness to work from one of the following office locations in compliance with company policies: Santa Clara, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL.
