This role involves leading the strategy and structuring of high-value enterprise deals, acting as a key business partner across multiple teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion through innovative pricing and deal models.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and structuring of high-value, non-standard enterprise deals to optimize opportunity and manage financial risk.
Develop comprehensive business cases and articulate value propositions for major pursuits to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify market patterns and conduct competitor analysis to inform innovative pricing and monetization strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product) to execute deal strategies and ensure deal momentum.
Promote best practices, share deal knowledge globally, and communicate structured deal solutions to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
Five (5) years of operational experience in functions like Strategy, Business Development, or Deal Desk at a technology firm.
Demonstrated mastery in formulating complex business cases, financial modeling, and structuring high-value transactions.
Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations that drive decision-making and articulate value to both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong sense of accountability and a self-starting, analytical mindset capable of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments to rapidly create solutions and manage critical deal escalations.
Deep understanding of how business model decisions impact the operating model and the ability to creatively structure solutions that align a customer’s financial objectives with company growth goals.
Ability to own end-to-end deal strategy, model, and creatively structure non-standard, high-value enterprise deals, ensuring opportunity optimization while managing financial risk and maintaining corporate compliance.
Experience facilitating cross-functional execution by orchestrating time-sensitive decisions among Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, troubleshooting issues, managing deal momentum, and driving process efficiency.
Ability to develop holistic business cases and articulate the full value proposition of diverse deal structures to key customer and GTM stakeholders.
Proficiency in strategic financial modeling and operational leadership, with the capacity to lead knowledge sharing and communicate structured deal solutions and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
Willingness to work from the New York, NY office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies.
