• Optimize Global Material Availability: Execute end-to-end purchase order life cycles—from initial release to supplier commit tracking—ensuring on-time delivery and proactively mitigating supply chain bottlenecks.
• Drive Inventory Health and Governance: Conduct rigorous root-cause analysis on inventory variances, track critical metrics (DOH, turns, aging, and E&O), and deliver high-fidelity data to safeguard our global financial and operational targets.
• Empower Strategic Decision-Making: Anchor the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by building and maintaining robust dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into supply risks and inventory positions.
• Resolve Cross-Functional Operational Friction: Act as the primary operational bridge between Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to swiftly resolve delivery discrepancies, inbound shipping bottlenecks, and invoice mismatches.
• Champion Data Integrity and Process Excellence: Maintain absolute accuracy of pricing, dates, and quantities within our ERP systems while continuously refining standard operating procedures to eliminate data gaps.
• Analytical Proficiency: Practical experience leveraging advanced Excel capabilities (such as lookups, pivot tables, and data manipulation) and ERP systems (such as SAP) to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable reporting.
• Core Supply Chain Competency: A strong foundational grasp of inventory mechanics—including safety stock variables, lead-time impacts, and inventory turn metrics—applied within a purchasing or inventory management environment.
• Execution and Communication Precision: Exceptional attention to detail in managing repetitive, high-impact data processes alongside the communication skills required to negotiate commits with external suppliers and align internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Agility: The ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks, troubleshoot order discrepancies, and independently trace data anomalies back to their root cause.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Singapore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
