This role involves designing, building, and maintaining enterprise integrations across various platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other internal systems, utilizing APIs, scripting, and programming skills to support business processes and ensure data quality and security.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect CCW CCB, EIBs, and RaaS.
Develop integrations across HR, Legal, and internal service platforms leveraging REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and support.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, resolve data discrepancies, and optimize integration patterns.
Create technical documentation, process flows, test scripts, and runbooks to ensure controls and compliance.
Requirements
Experience in designing, building, and supporting integrations for SaaS or enterprise platforms, including functional and/or technical aspects.
Experience working in Agile environments to manage work, iterate, and deliver outcomes.
Technical knowledge of SQL, JSON, and secure API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols, including OAuth.
Experience with scripting or coding in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go, and understanding of core software engineering concepts.
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Boomi, Salesforce, or similar.
Demonstrated experience developing integrations and APIs that support end-to-end processes across systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-oriented approach to problem-solving and support.
Ability to design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect CCW CCB, EIBs, and RaaS.
Ability to design, build, and maintain integrations across HR, Legal, and other internal service platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, ERPs, payroll benefits vendors, finance systems, identity management, and case management tools leveraging REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
Ability to own the integration lifecycle end to end, including gathering and refining requirements, designing technical solutions, developing and deploying integrations, configuring Workday security, and providing ongoing support.
Ability to ensure integration reliability, performance, and data quality by monitoring jobs, troubleshooting failures, resolving data discrepancies, and optimizing integration patterns, reports, and calculated fields.
Ability to maintain controls and documentation by creating technical specifications, process flows, test scripts, and runbooks, and support SOX, audit, and GDPR-related requirements.
