Job Description
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining enterprise integrations across various platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other SaaS systems, utilizing APIs, scripting, and automation tools to ensure reliable data exchange and process automation within a collaborative, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect CCW CCB, EIBs, and RaaS
- Develop and support integrations across HR, Legal, and internal service platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, ERPs, payroll, benefits vendors, finance systems, identity management, and case management tools
- Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle: gather requirements, design solutions, develop, deploy, configure security, and provide ongoing support
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, resolve data discrepancies, and optimize integration patterns
- Create technical documentation, process flows, test scripts, and runbooks; support audit and compliance requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and leverage new platform features
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting integrations for SaaS or other enterprise platforms, including both functional and technical aspects.
- Experience working in and driving an agile delivery process to manage work, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Technical acumen in SQL, JSON, and secure server-to-server API integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, scripting or coding experience (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go to automate integration workflows, tooling, and quality checks.
- Solid understanding of core software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Boomi, Salesforce, or similar (Workday experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience developing robust integrations and APIs that extend platform capabilities and enable end-to-end automation across systems.
