As an HR Operations Specialist, EMEA, you will help shape how HR Operations scales across a complex and fast-moving region. You will own and continuously improve key people processes, building solutions that are accurate, efficient, and designed to create a seamless employee experience.
In this role, you will partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, HR People Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems, simplify workflows, and strengthen operational excellence. Your work will directly influence how we support employees, manage risk, and build smarter, more scalable HR operations across EMEA.
• Strong experience in HR Operations within an international, matrixed environment, with ownership of complex processes from intake through resolution and continuous improvement.

• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into practical recommendations, structured action plans, and measurable process improvements.
• Strong judgment when handling sensitive employee matters, including knowing when to resolve independently, when to escalate, and how to communicate with credibility and care.
• Confidence partnering with stakeholders across geographies, functions, and levels, with the ability to influence decisions and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams independently, including defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes.
• Knowledge of labor compliance considerations across EMEA and ability to apply that understanding in day-to-day operational decisions.
• Experience supporting statutory reporting, user acceptance testing, requirements gathering, or HR systems change initiatives.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset, including a willingness to share expertise, coach others, and contribute to a stronger team environment.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
