Job Description
This role involves developing and enhancing advanced all-flash storage software, focusing on automation, robustness, and scalability, primarily using Python and Golang, to improve data storage solutions and customer control features.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and extend orchestration software in Python and Golang.
- Design components to improve system robustness and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Implement automation and testable design practices.
- Take ownership of delivered components and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate closely with hardware teams and drive customer-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go, with the ability to understand Java and C.
- Self-motivation and strong troubleshooting capabilities across both software and deployment stacks.
- Knowledge of application system design.
- Ability to learn, adopt, and improve existing systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership over deliverables.
- Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Prague office, in compliance with company policies.
