Global Security Systems Manager

You will serve as the Global Security Systems Manager , leading the day-to-day operations of our international security systems teams to ensure the safety and protection of our people, assets, and facilities worldwide. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and readiness of our physical security infrastructure, including Access Control and IP video systems, in a demanding 24x7 environment. You will drive continuous operational excellence, oversee security incident triage, and act as a key partner to regional Facilities and global leadership on all systems-related matters. • Lead and develop international security systems operations: Manage and support the daily tasks, training, and ongoing professional readiness of the Physical Security Systems technicians, ensuring highly reliable 24x7 operations across all international regions. • Ensure physical security systems integrity: Oversee the operational health of our global Access Control (e.g., CCURE) and IP camera systems, performing basic programming, running recurring access alarm and PM reports, and providing expert system support to field teams and regional Office Managers. • Drive policy, procedure, and compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for physical security systems, conduct audits to ensure adherence, and recommend improvements to global security processes. • Manage incident response and reporting: Facilitate the reporting and triaging of security and safety incidents, monitoring global threats, and communicating detailed security system issues and activity briefings to senior leadership and management. • Strategic systems collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments (such as REWSS and IT) on physical security-related projects and initiatives, ensuring security vendor service agreements and appropriate staffing levels are maintained.

• Security Systems Expertise: Demonstrated professional experience specifically managing and operating enterprise-level Access Control Software (e.g., CCURE) and IP video camera surveillance systems. • Operational Leadership: Proven experience managing a 24x7 staffed security or systems operations team in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multinational environment. • Risk and Incident Management: Strong knowledge of global security regulations, risk assessment methodologies, security incident management software, and established procedures for emergency response and threat monitoring. • Policy and Process Development: Ability to develop, implement, and enforce physical security system standard operating procedures and policies, ensuring global compliance through reporting and system auditing. • Communication and De-escalation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to senior leadership and effectively handle and de-escalate high-pressure security situations. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore, India office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
