Job Description
The role involves leading and managing international physical security systems operations, ensuring the integrity and continuous functionality of access control and surveillance systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain security standards in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop international security systems operations team
- Manage daily tasks, training, and ongoing readiness of Physical Security Systems technicians
- Oversee the operational health of global Access Control and IP camera systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for physical security systems
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate security incident reporting, triage, and communication to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on security-related projects and vendor management
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience specifically managing and operating enterprise-level Access Control Software (e.g., CCURE) and IP video camera surveillance systems.
- Proven experience managing a 24x7 staffed security or systems operations team in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of global security regulations, risk assessment methodologies, security incident management software, and established procedures for emergency response and threat monitoring.
- Ability to develop, implement, and enforce physical security system standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies, ensuring global compliance through reporting and system auditing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to senior leadership and effectively handle and de-escalate high-pressure security situations.
- Work from the Bangalore, India office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
