Job Description
The role involves designing and developing intuitive GUI applications for enterprise storage products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving user experience, with a focus on web technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive GUI based on functional specifications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and feature teams to refine requirements, designs, and solutions
- Improve user experience and usability through design and analysis
- Define UI/UX strategy, design processes, and user workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
- Collect and analyze GUI usage metrics to inform improvements
- Create and maintain automated tests for GUI applications
Requirements
- Full lifecycle web application development experience.
- At least 6 years of professional work experience building large scale, enterprise GUI applications.
- Experience with JavaScript package management tools such as NodeJs, NPM, and yarn.
- Experience with Frontend web frameworks Angular, React, Vue, etc.
- Experience with Frontend testing frameworks Cypress, Playwright, and StoryBook.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, LESS, and SAAS, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Comfortability with modernizing Angular framework projects with new features like standalone components and signals.
- Experience performing software analysis, including requirements, software review, system risks, performance, and reliability.
- Experience developing web applications that work across multiple browsers and screen sizes.
- Possession of a MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Alternatively, a BS degree with relevant work experience.
- Work experience in developing RESTful interfaces is required.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies.
