Job Description
The Front Office Executive Receptionist is responsible for managing visitor interactions, supporting office operations, coordinating vendor and employee onboarding activities, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and secure workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors, employees, and clients professionally
- Manage internal and external calls, providing accurate information or redirection
- Issue access cards, parking stickers, and security HID cards to employees
- Support VIP guest movements and office events
- Assign and track service tickets for facility issues
- Maintain and update safety checklists
- Handle operational support tasks such as courier services and key management
- Assist with employee onboarding, including providing access and formalities
- Verify vendor documentation, MIS data, and invoices for compliance
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare for meetings
- Follow up on action points from meetings and update trackers
- Prepare presentations and reports as required
- Respond to emails, Slack, and other communication channels promptly
- Maintain security team attendance and shift schedules
- Support administrative and event-related tasks for the office
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred, with 1 to 4 years of experience in front office, facility coordination, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional grooming, customer service orientation, and proactive approach.
