Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on Facilities and Corporate Functions. This role is a strategic partner to G&A leadership, driving financial insight and discipline across operating expenses, capital investments, and a global real estate portfolio, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
This role owns the Facilities P&L, including OPEX/CAPEX governance, lease analytics, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial execution. This role will also drive spend modeling, lease economics, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically strong self-starter with advanced modeling and communication skills. This individual will scale reporting, improve processes, and enhance financial visibility to enable data-driven decisions aligned with margin and capital efficiency goals.
Requirements
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
FP&A Experience: Proven success in business-facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management
Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross-functional relationships
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
