Job Description
The role involves leading a team of engineers in Bengaluru to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions for AI infrastructure, focusing on managing projects throughout the SDLC, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation in data storage technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in Bengaluru to deliver high-quality software products.
- Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects throughout the SDLC.
- Conceive and develop solutions to enhance the performance of AI infrastructure using NAS servers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer feedback integration.
Requirements
- 12 years of combined experience as a software developer and manager
- 3 years of technical management experience while staying hands-on
- 7 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and leading a team with senior engineers
- Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, delivering products to market on schedule, and ensuring feedback loops from customers into the development
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in AI Core Infrastructure software design along with RDMA based technologies is a plus
- Exposure to one or more of the following areas is preferred: distributed systems, systems programming, solving problems at scale
