Job Description
This internship role involves working on data storage technology, focusing on optimizing data management, replication, and analytics across hardware and software stacks, while contributing to innovative solutions in the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify duplicate data and reclaim overwritten space in large-scale storage systems
- Implement efficient data replication across wide-area networks
- Analyze health data from extensive storage arrays to monitor performance and issues
- Optimize storage stack performance by understanding application usage of flash memory
- Develop scalable code capable of utilizing 32 or more CPU cores
- Design and enhance user interfaces for ease of use and powerful functionality
- Create and maintain automated testing processes for code quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BE or BTech) in Computer Science or Information Technology with a graduation date no earlier than December 2026.
- Top tier 1 or 2 campus student who allows 6 months internship from January 2026 to June 2026.
- Achieved a CGPA of 7 or above.
- Dexterity in at least 2 of the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Java, or Go.
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Knowledge of operating systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results without supervision.
- Willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
