The Distribution Account Manager (DAM) at Everpure is responsible for developing and managing relationships with distribution partners to drive business growth, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiency in the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to foster long-term business growth through Distribution Partners.
Assess market growth opportunities based on partner strategies, industry trends, and regional plans.
Build initiatives aligned with growth strategies and ensure their successful implementation.
Gain and maintain executive sponsorship to facilitate collaboration with partners.
Represent Everpure as the main point of contact for Distribution Partners.
Streamline operational processes such as quoting, logistics, invoicing, and demo equipment management.
Enhance sales, technical, and marketing capabilities of Distribution Partners through training and support.
Develop and manage distributor marketing plans and enablement activities.
Collaborate with Distributors to increase sales and convert new partners into active clients.
Leverage distributor relationships to generate incremental sales through technology alliances.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and align with global strategies and priorities.
Requirements
Experience and familiarity with the distributor landscape in the country or region.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to grow business with distribution partners in related industry products and services.
Strong ability to collaborate with many layers of stakeholders who are not necessarily in direct report-to organizational structure.
