As the Director of Product Strategy, AI Product, you will lead our global go-to-market motion to accelerate field readiness, customer adoption, and revenue growth for our cutting-edge AI product line. Operating at the critical intersection of AI product strategy, sales enablement, and market activation, you will translate the Everpure Platform’s AI capabilities into high-impact customer value. In this highly strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to global sales leaders, solutions consultants, and enterprise customers, shaping the marketplace narrative and driving measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a leader with a top-tier strategy consulting or strategic product leadership background who wants to move from advising to building. You will turn ambiguous market opportunities into clear growth priorities, develop executive-ready narratives and business cases, and drive cross-functional decisions that translate Everpure’s AI strategy into repeatable field motions and measurable commercial outcomes. The right candidate brings structured problem-solving, sharp market intuition, and the ability to connect technical innovation with customer value, sales execution, and long-term market differentiation.
• Architect the Go-to-Market Blueprint: Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to design and execute a cohesive global go-to-market strategy that establishes Everpure as the dominant force in enterprise AI infrastructure.
• Translate Technology into Value: Transform complex AI capabilities (including LLMs, agents, and advanced data stacks) into clear, differentiated customer value propositions and solution narratives that directly map to enterprise business outcomes.
• Empower the Field Globally: Equip international sales teams, solution consultants, and channel partners with the modern playbooks, targeted messaging, and high-impact collateral needed to confidently scale AI sales across diverse markets and regions.
• Drive Executive Customer Engagement: Serve as the strategic voice of Everpure’s AI vision in high-stakes customer meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings, helping advance priority pipeline opportunities and secure long-term market share.
• Establish Key Success Metrics: Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field readiness, customer adoption rates, and revenue acceleration for the AI product line.
• Extensive Experience: Within product management, product marketing, strategy, or related roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies.
• Strategic AI Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the AI/ML ecosystem, including enterprise data infrastructure architectures, LLM orchestration, and modern data platforms.
• Enterprise Tech Leadership: Extensive experience driving product strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or a related go-to-market function within high-growth enterprise technology or data infrastructure environments.
• Masterful Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional ability to distill highly technical concepts into compelling, gender-neutral, and globally resonant executive narratives that capture market attention.
• Cross-Functional Influence & Agility: Proven track record of operating with high urgency to collaborate with, influence, and gain credibility among diverse stakeholders, including engineering teams, senior field leadership, and international customers.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
