Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of National Partner Managers to maximize sales and partnership potential.
Communicate with partners and internal teams about new product offerings.
Develop strategies to increase sell-through of products within channel partners.
Collaborate with marketing to create programs and events to attract new prospects.
Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
Negotiate contracts and define partner sales plans.
Drive partners to achieve maximum sales and partnership growth through training and support.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience developing and growing National partners.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
Passion for post-sales customer success.
Sales management experience, specifically leading people leaders.
Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels.
BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
