Job Description
The role involves leading the strategic planning and management of corporate real estate and workplace environments across EMEA, including lease negotiations, facilities operations, project delivery, and fostering a positive, sustainable, and innovative work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional real estate and workplace strategy across EMEA, building trusted partnerships with executives and site leaders.
- Negotiate leases, renewals, and broker relationships to secure favorable terms and gather market intelligence.
- Oversee facilities operations, space planning, and programs prioritizing safety, sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
- Manage design and delivery of capital projects that align with company culture, budgets, and operational needs.
- Define and monitor KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, and analyze data to optimize space efficiency and portfolio health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lease and site strategy execution.
- Align regional strategies with global policies, standards, and initiatives, tailoring approaches to local markets.
- Utilize analytics and dashboards to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in corporate real estate or workplace leadership, with strategic and operational scope across EMEA.
- Proven track record managing lease negotiations, broker relationships, and multi-country portfolios.
- Experience leading facilities operations, space planning, and capital projects.
- Financial expertise with experience in KPI definition, forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio analytics.
- Knowledge of real estate systems, reporting tools, and space management platforms such as Archibus, Serraview, Tableau.
- Understanding of EMEA real estate markets, workplace trends, and cultural nuances.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at all levels in global matrixed organizations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
