The role involves leading and developing a high-performing technical sales team to drive revenue growth and account adoption within strategic enterprise accounts in the EMEA region, focusing on technical execution, partner collaboration, and customer engagement in the data storage and cloud native technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Strategic CNAs to achieve technical execution, executive engagement, and adoption outcomes across EMEA strategic accounts.
Build and maintain a repeatable operating system to improve deal quality, opportunity predictability, and revenue impact.
Manage and inspire a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and development, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Guide CNAs in applying the technical sales process to enhance opportunity focus, deal quality, and execution.
Coordinate with co-sellers and partners to improve engagement, pipeline health, and customer outcomes.
Lead technical feedback sessions with product teams to align on releases, features, and customer deployment patterns.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets by increasing ARR and NRR within designated strategic accounts.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 or more years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications, with pre-sales experience required.
Deep understanding of the architecture, design, and implementation of multi-tiered client-server and web-based computing solutions.
Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts.
Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures including FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN, Linux, NFS file systems, and Linux distributed network environment.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms is a plus.
Experience with installation and configuration of distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystems, storage subsystems architecture, shared memory architectures, cache architectures, and windowing systems.
Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes (k8s), and microservices architectures is a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture, On-Premises, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
Knowledge of VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking concepts.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with modern web architecture including LAMP stack, scale-out vs scale-up architectures, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and microservices architecture is a plus.
Curiosity and passion for technology, with the ability to explain and demonstrate new technology platforms and concepts to customers.
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Staines or London office, in compliance with company policies.
Familiarity with storage-intensive applications and their requirements such as structured databases like SQL and Oracle is highly desirable.
