Job Description
The job involves integrating edge services into FlashArray products, requiring a blend of software engineering and Linux system administration skills. Candidates will analyze and solve complex problems, design innovative algorithms, and work collaboratively to deliver high-performance, reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve challenging problems
- Design and implement algorithms and technologies for high-performance systems
- Own and deliver innovation from concept to product
- Collaborate with team members to inspire and be inspired
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform full lifecycle software application development
- Conduct software analysis including requirements and performance
- Maintain Open Container Initiative (OCI) images
Requirements
- 5 years experience designing and engineering software applications using various software languages, including Golang and Python on Linux UNIX platforms.
- Full lifecycle software application development experience.
- Technical knowledge in Open Container Initiative (OCI) Image maintenance, e.g., Podman, Docker.
- Experience performing software analysis in areas including requirements, software review, system risks, performance, production-level defects, and reliability.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment.
- A BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering.
- Understanding of storage technologies.
