As part of the Commercial Strategy and Transformation team, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic minded and analytically-driven individual to fill the role of Commercial Strategy & Transformation Manager. This person will work closely with Commercial Strategy & Transformation leadership to analyze industry, market, and customer trends, pull together a 360 business performance view, manage the LoB rhythm of the business, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to transformational OKRs.
The successful candidate will excel at performing large scale data analysis, simplifying complex challenges, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Contributing to the development of the overall business strategy for Everpure’s Commercial Line of Business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Creating impactful presentations that articulate the strategic rationale for key initiatives, including GTM investments and partnerships
Driving LoB planning efforts by conducting in depth analysis of performance metrics, financial data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
Establishing and monitoring cross-functional OKRs to support the transformation of the Commercial business, ensuring accountability and progress tracking
Managing the LoB business reviews including performing deep dives into the state of business to support key decision making and investments
Program managing large scale cross functional transformation initiatives by structuring and launching workstreams, tracking progress and partnering with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and speedy execution
Managing LoB communications by crafting and delivering clear, compelling narratives that convey the value proposition, strategic priorities and progress against transformation efforts
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or ‘biz ops’ functions
Robust analytical skill set mixed with intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to accelerate change
Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex and unstructured datasets
Distinctive problem solving skills and ability to solve diverse and complex business problems in fields such as Market Segmentation, GTM Design, Sales Effectiveness, etc.
Strong demonstrated program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to Executive audiences
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred or “direct promote” in Consulting
Experience in the B2B technology industry is preferred

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
