Job Description
The Collaboration Services Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and DocuSign, while developing automation workflows and integrations to improve the digital workplace experience for a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance collaboration platforms such as Glean, Google Workspace, and Slack to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Design and optimize no-code and low-code workflows using tools like Google AppSheet and Google AppScript to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations and connectors for collaboration platforms, collaborating with development teams to ensure solution stability.
- Assist with quality assurance and provide technical support for ongoing platform integration projects.
- Design, document, and implement security architectures for collaboration workflows to protect company data and assets.
Requirements
- A full understanding of collaboration platforms and the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Experience in the development and integration of solutions, with a strong focus on no-code and low-code automation tools like Google AppSheet and Google AppScript, and the ability to work with development teams to support complex integration projects.
- Demonstrated skill in security diagramming and technical documentation, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- The ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks and receive general instructions on new assignments, with a talent for networking with senior personnel in your area of expertise.
- Work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
