The Client Services Manager oversees the execution of global B2B marketing campaigns and brand assets, coordinating creative workflows, strategic alignment, and resource management to ensure high-impact initiatives and brand consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end creative intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for global campaigns and initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into creative briefs and facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders
Oversee governance and optimization of marketing technology tools, including project management and digital asset management systems
Coordinate with finance and procurement to manage budgets, SOWs, and resource allocation for creative projects
Prioritize and triage creative resourcing needs across the organization, ensuring project visibility and timely feedback
Requirements
Deep experience navigating the creative development lifecycle from initial briefing and concepting to production and final asset trafficking within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
Proven ability to unify diverse teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Brand around shared objectives, acting as a trusted consultant who translates complex requirements into clear creative direction.
Mastery of project management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools like Asana, Bynder, or Frontify, with the ability to establish data-driven standards for asset governance and reporting.
Outcome-oriented mindset with the skill to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strict quality standards and brand integrity.
Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
