Job Description
The Client Services Manager oversees the execution of global B2B marketing campaigns and brand assets, coordinating creative workflows, strategic alignment, and resource management to ensure high-impact initiatives and brand consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for global campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into creative briefs and facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders
- Oversee governance and optimization of marketing technology tools, including project management and digital asset management systems
- Coordinate with finance and procurement to manage budgets, SOWs, and resource allocation for creative projects
- Prioritize and triage creative resourcing needs across the organization, ensuring project visibility and timely feedback
Requirements
- Deep experience navigating the creative development lifecycle from initial briefing and concepting to production and final asset trafficking within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Proven ability to unify diverse teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Brand around shared objectives, acting as a trusted consultant who translates complex requirements into clear creative direction.
- Mastery of project management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools like Asana, Bynder, or Frontify, with the ability to establish data-driven standards for asset governance and reporting.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with the skill to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strict quality standards and brand integrity.
- Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Annual base salary range of $153,000 to $230,000 USD
