The role involves developing new enterprise business opportunities by promoting innovative data storage solutions, building strong customer relationships, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets within the Taiwanese market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to promote Pure Storage solutions
Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions effectively
Requirements
8 years of field sales experience
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
Advanced prospecting skills required to engage new customers
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
Strong drive for sales and relationship building
Excellent time management and communication skills
Native Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English
Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
