Job Description
The role involves developing new business and promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions by building strong customer relationships, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets within the enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business by pursuing and securing new customer accounts
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive enterprise sales success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Lead and strategize with pursuit teams and develop account plans to close deals
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position and promote Pure Storage solutions
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions to clients
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Native Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
