Job Description

The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships in the enterprise storage solutions sector, with a focus on prospecting, closing sales, and collaborating with partners to expand Pure Storage's presence in the mid-market private sector in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by prospecting into targeted mid-market accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers across key commercial sectors
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
  • Execute targeted account strategies to close new business opportunities
  • Manage and execute daily prospecting activities to meet sales quotas
  • Present proposals highlighting the value and technical differentiation of Pure Storage solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise Strategic mid-market.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts as a hunter role.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships with customers across key commercial sectors to ensure high satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Ability to develop account plans and lead pursuit teams to secure new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Ability to identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Experience executing targeted account strategies to close new business consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present proposals highlighting business value and technical differentiation.
  • Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building, demonstrating sales passion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
