Job Description
The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships in the enterprise storage solutions sector, with a focus on prospecting, closing sales, and collaborating with partners to expand Pure Storage's presence in the mid-market private sector in France.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business by prospecting into targeted mid-market accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers across key commercial sectors
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
- Execute targeted account strategies to close new business opportunities
- Manage and execute daily prospecting activities to meet sales quotas
- Present proposals highlighting the value and technical differentiation of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise Strategic mid-market.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts as a hunter role.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships with customers across key commercial sectors to ensure high satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Ability to develop account plans and lead pursuit teams to secure new customers and expand existing accounts.
- Ability to identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience executing targeted account strategies to close new business consistently.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present proposals highlighting business value and technical differentiation.
- Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building, demonstrating sales passion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability.
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
