Job Description
The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships as an Account Executive in the enterprise storage technology sector, focusing on driving sales, collaborating with partners, and executing strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and engaging new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the Singapore Enterprise customers
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
