Job Description

The role involves developing new business and promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions by building strong customer relationships, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
  • Develop and execute strategies to close deals consistently
  • Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Everpure solutions effectively

Requirements

  • 8 years of field sales experience
  • Business fluent German language skills
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
  • Advanced prospecting skills required to engage new customers
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
  • Ability to lead and strategize by directing pursuit teams and developing account plans
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
  • Willingness to collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams
  • Ability to manage and drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas
