Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
Develop and execute strategies to close deals consistently
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Everpure solutions effectively
Requirements
8 years of field sales experience
Business fluent German language skills
Professional English proficiency
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
Advanced prospecting skills required to engage new customers
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
Strong drive for sales and relationship building
Ability to build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Ability to lead and strategize by directing pursuit teams and developing account plans
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
Willingness to collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams
Ability to manage and drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas
