Job Description

The role involves leading enterprise sales and strategic account management within the Financial Services sector, leveraging innovative data storage and cloud solutions to drive business growth, build C-level relationships, and deliver transformational value to major financial institutions in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles within the FSI sector, managing multi-regional stakeholders to exceed revenue goals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to develop and implement strategic, consultative selling approaches that address FSI business needs
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs) in major financial institutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account management and expansion plans, including new logo acquisition and cross-sell/upsell initiatives
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners (e.g., GSIs, FSI consultants) to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • Extensive success in senior technology sales specifically within FSI enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of high performance in the UK financial market.
  • Mastery of strategic account management, evidenced by the execution of multi-year strategies that deliver measurable transformation and client outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the storage industry, cloud computing, and modern data centre architecture, particularly as they apply to the regulatory and operational demands of financial services.
  • Proven ability to acquire new enterprise logos and drive large-scale expansion by structuring complex deals within the broader partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to lead with market-shaping insights and build compelling business cases ROI, TCO that secure C-level buy-in.
  • A strategic mindset with the autonomy to drive new technology adoption through effective personal sales methodologies.
  • High level of intrinsic drive and emotional intelligence, with a commitment to accountability and a desire to mentor others.
  • Business proficiency in English.
  • Ability and willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment from the Staines or London office in compliance with company policies.
