Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers in the Enterprise Government sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Government customers
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to close deals
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
Develop and implement strategies to close sales consistently
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
8 years of field sales experience
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise Government accounts
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Strong drive for sales and relationship building
Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
Excellent time management and communication skills
Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change
