Job Description

The role involves developing new business and promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets within the commercial sector in London and the South.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by engaging with channel resellers and key customer accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success
  • Promote all-flash enterprise storage technology to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers
  • Manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
  • Present proposals highlighting the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full life cycle field sales experience.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales on London and South Commercial accounts, ideally with some experience of Hedge Funds and similar Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts.
  • Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with professional business-level written and spoken English language skills.
  • Broad understanding of technology, specifically in infrastructure, data, and security, and how it solves client needs.
