Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases.
- Correlate polymer structure with chemical‑physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds.
- Conduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization.
- Analyze, interpret, and model complex multi‑technique datasets.
- Generate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for R\&D and engineering teams.
- Actively support development of optimized material formulations and manufacturing processes for cable products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Polymer Science or Materials Science
- Proven experience in polymer materials characterization and microscopy, between 3/5 years of experience overall
- Experience with extrusion or injection molding processes is a nice to have
- Solid understanding of polymer physics, chemistry, and structure–property relationships
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
