Finance Manager

Management of and responsibility for the Finance department and its operations • Production and review of financial statements for European entities • Project revenue recognition by Percentage of Completion (POC) • Ensure statutory and tax compliance • Financial analysis and commentary • Review business performance with executive and senior management • Production of annual budgets • Manage financial audits • Manage relationships with banks, external consultants and outsourced service providers • Cashflow forecasting and reporting, including foreign exchange risk • Implementation, development and maintenance of financial systems and tools • Review financial processes and implement improvement plans • Deliver on special projects as required
