You will oversee multiple projects from planning through construction to project close-out. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Preference for candidates with 3+ years of transmission construction or project management experience.
Proven leadership in technical and construction environments.
Strong vendor and contractor oversight capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
Strategic thinker who can act tactically to deliver results.
