Job Description
A Solar Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of solar energy solutions, educating homeowners, building customer relationships, and closing deals to promote accessible clean energy while earning a competitive income through base salary and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Educate and empower homeowners about solar solutions
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth installations
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and self-hustle
Requirements
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Ability to educate and empower homeowners about solar energy solutions
- Capability to build lasting customer relationships
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Possession of a valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- Completion of a paid, two-week training program taught by industry professionals
- Ability to connect with families and simplify complex information
- Hunger to grow and the drive to succeed in sales
- Coachability and openness to feedback
