Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and communication to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process, supporting Talent Partners and hiring teams across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews, including video calls and in-person meetings
- Manage candidate travel and lodging arrangements
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support
- Act as point of contact for logistics for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct job description reviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Identify and implement process improvements related to recruitment coordination
Requirements
- One year of recruiting coordination experience, with both virtual and on-site interview scheduling experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or English, or Psychology.
- Experience with GoodTime and/or ModernLoop scheduling software.
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to proofread and provide constructive feedback.
