We are seeking a thoughtful, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Operations Partner to support 3 senior leaders across the organization. This individual will serve as a critical enabler—ensuring that our executives are supported, informed, and positioned to focus on the most strategic priorities.
This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment, can anticipate needs before they’re expressed, and communicates with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate operates with discretion, grace under pressure, and a natural ability to build trust and influence across teams.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
• 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth corporate environment, and global environment (working across time zones).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—able to operate independently and take initiative with minimal direction.
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment when managing sensitive information.
• Solid collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in G Suite (Google Workspace) and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Concur, etc.).
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency in situations that require prompt responses or turnaround.
• Adaptability with the ability to express and communicate with a variety of people.
• Skilled at building structure in ambiguity and improving workflows across teams.
• A solid sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and excitement about Planet’s mission.
