Job Description
The role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies for EMEA, managing a team, and aligning marketing efforts with sales to drive growth and market penetration across key sectors such as defense, government, and commercial industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and execute the regional marketing strategy and plan for the EMEA region
- Manage and lead the regional marketing team to achieve regional goals
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing function to accelerate growth and market penetration
- Own regional revenue pipeline metrics and ensure alignment with revenue targets
- Create and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key EMEA markets and verticals
- Partner with EMEA Sales Leadership to align marketing efforts with sales priorities and campaigns
- Design and lead ABM programs and campaigns targeting top accounts to drive pipeline and engagement
- Develop strategic co-marketing relationships with regional partners and customers to expand market reach
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
- 6 years of Supervisory Leadership experience in marketing roles.
- Experience marketing to B2G Civil and Defense and Intelligence sectors across EMEA.
- Deep understanding of market nuances and competitive dynamics across EMEA.
- Extensive experience in building and executing effective regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets.
- Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency.
- Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams.
- Solid experience in partnering with regional sales leaders to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Solid experience in marketing to government audiences, including civil, defense, and intelligence sectors.
- Solid command of modern marketing technology to manage campaigns, track effectiveness, monitor engagement, and calculate ROI.
- Proficient in German language.
